1. At the beginning of the session, I felt a familiar sense of being in therapy, as your gentle, guiding approach—particularly your use of visualization—resonated deeply with me. It reminded me of the psychological methods my therapist often uses, though yours offered a unique and compassionate touch.
2. I appreciated how you helped me gain clarity, taking me step by step from point A to B. Your compassionate reminder of “it is what it should be” instead of “it is what it is” was grounding and gave me the mental preparation I needed to accept the truth of my journey ahead.
3. I also loved the strategic way you broke down the plan into manageable steps, making the path ahead clear and less overwhelming.

Hey Kim. Thanks again for the coaching session today. I unblocked another layer of my limiting beliefs these days, which is about being connected with the purpose and impact of my work. This is such a strong piece that fuels the inner power in me. It surprises me that visibility block can be healed not by the shiny common things that people, especially in the coaching world, can name from outside (even if it's childhood wounds, or self confidence,...), but by the utmost, deepest inner power within you, which is your purpose - why you do what you do. For me that's the piece that grabs the core of my whole being - the single thread that traces back to my reason for existence. It feels good acknowledging that for myself.
I know this is not an overnight work. I'm writing this knowing that this realization alone won't change my life 180 degrees. I have a lot of work to do after this. But thank you so much for helping moving a rock off my path.
